Made-to-Order Policy
All ShortFuse Fitness items are made-to-order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer traditional refunds. But we are committed to working with you if there's an issue on sizing or the order has been damaged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number + photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or solution at no cost to you
Sizing Issues
We understand that sizing can be tricky. If your item doesn't fit as expected:

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution
This may include a discounted replacement, exchange (if available), or store credit
Because all items are made-to-order, we encourage you to carefully review sizing before placing your orders. If you prefer a more oversized or fitted look, consider sizing up or down accordingly
We're not a mass-production brand. We're building a community. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to take care of you.

We cannot guarantee exchanges on limited or sold-out items
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
