Made-to-Order Policy

All ShortFuse Fitness items are made-to-order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer traditional refunds. But we are committed to working with you if there's an issue on sizing or the order has been damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide your order number + photos of the issue

• We will offer a replacement or solution at no cost to you

Sizing Issues

We understand that sizing can be tricky. If your item doesn't fit as expected:

• Reah out within 7 days of delivery

• We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution

• This may include a discounted replacement, exchange (if available), or store credit

Because all items are made-to-order, we encourage you to carefully review sizing before placing your orders. If you prefer a more oversized or fitted look, consider sizing up or down accordingly

We're not a mass-production brand. We're building a community. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to take care of you.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed for any sizing-related assistance

• We cannot guarantee exchanges on limited or sold-out items

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Pre-Order Policy

All ShortFuse items are sold as pre-orders. This means your order is placed first, then production begins. This allows us to create each drop with intention and avoid overproduction.

Processing Time

Pre-orders typically take 3-4 weeks to be produced. Once your items are completed, they are shipped to us for final quality check and packaging.

Please allow 4-6 weeks total from the time you place your order to delivery
